We were brought in by the Regatta Great Outdoors marketing team to provide ongoing creative support and develop concept-led motion and CGI assets for a large-scale, multi-channel campaign. Over a four-month period, we acted as an extension of their internal team — supporting ideation, production and rollout across retail, social, paid media and out-of-home activations.

⸺ The Challenge

Regatta needed to deliver a high volume of creative assets across multiple platforms, formats and screen types — all while maintaining brand consistency and campaign cohesion.

The scale of delivery made it impractical to rely on sourcing multiple freelancers across different disciplines, and timelines required a creative partner who could move quickly, adapt concepts for different channels, and handle end-to-end production without friction.

⸺ Our Role

We worked directly with Regatta’s marketing team to provide hands-on creative support throughout the campaign lifecycle. Our role covered both concept development and full production, allowing the team to move from idea to rollout without switching suppliers or workflows.

By operating as a single, multi‑disciplined studio, we removed the need to brief, manage and coordinate multiple specialists — saving time, cost and internal resource.

⸺ The Approach

Our approach was built around flexibility, speed and platform awareness. We developed motion concepts designed to scale across retail screens, social formats and paid advertising placements from the outset.

Where appropriate, we worked with supplied photography and video assets to ensure visual consistency with the wider campaign. CGI, motion and AI-generated concept imagery were used selectively to extend creative possibilities without disrupting brand alignment.

Our investment in high‑performance workstations enabled us to deliver large volumes of animation, rendering and video processing efficiently — supporting fast iteration and reliable turnaround throughout the project.

⸺ The Solution

Over the four-month engagement, we delivered in excess of 1,000 assets, including:

• Multiple branded short‑form videos for social and paid media

• Branded motion graphics for retail environments

• CGI product launch animations

• AI‑generated concept imagery

• Video editing, grading and retouching support

All assets were crafted to work coherently across platforms, screen sizes and placements, ensuring the campaign maintained a consistent visual language wherever it appeared.

By providing integrated creative support across multiple disciplines, we helped Regatta deliver a large‑scale campaign efficiently and cohesively.

The marketing team benefited from a streamlined production process, faster turnaround times and the ability to scale output without increasing internal workload or sourcing additional freelancers.
